2019 Election Member Letter

 

Dear Arrowhead Shores Owner’s Association Member,

 

It will soon April and time for our Annual Meeting and Board Of Directors Elections.

 

This year we will meet on Saturday, April 27th and elect our Board Of Directors for year 2019-2020.  The meeting starts at 10:00 am, followed by elections and then a potluck lunch. We hope you can join us.

Hunter Chadwick

§  Home Owner & Owner of multiple rentals in Granbury, ASOA & surrounding HOA’s with experience in Rules & Regulations of all.

§  Continue to improve the ASOA community by serving as a Board member & actively participate in the growth while in a leadership roll and not just a member. Eager to help further develop ASOA as a community & improve its value while bring the community closer in whole.

§  While serving, will continue to invest in ASOA properties & improve current appearance further.

§  Experienced in building & Remodeling homes to standard while improving appearance.

Robert Davis

3003 Hilltop Court

§  Prior ASOA ACC, Vice President & President. Owner of Multiple Properties and Homes in ASOA. Currently involved with the community as a First Responder for Sta. 70 VFD & also an employee of Hood Co. Sheriff’s Department.

§  Continue to improve the ASOA community by serving as a Board member & actively work with current owners & Board Members to continue to improve ASOA’s well improved financial status, bring the community closer through ASOA functions & continue to refine the overall appearance in an effort to raise the value of our community.

§  While serving, will continue to invest in ASOA properties & continue to help improve processes with other Board members by staying in compliance with our documents and the state law.

§  Continue to improve the ASOA community by serving as a Board member & actively work with current owners, bringing improvements to ASOA through compliance & improve overall appearance to bring up property values while making ASOA the most desired community and stand out from other subdivisions.

§  While serving, will continue to invest in ASOA bringing in new Manufactured homes to increase ownership opportunities for families & improve current appearance further, where ASOA can be a STAR HOA along Lake Granbury.

§  Experienced in building & Remodeling homes to standard while improving appearance.

Michael Januska Jr.

§  Currently serving as ASOA President. Have served as ACC & Vice President prior to current term enforcing compliance & making much needed improvements continually working with numerous Members/Board members in a leadership Roll & would like to further improve ASOA while continuing to serve on the Board. Have implemented More Community Functions per Season to bring the Community together with other Board Members.

§  Home Owner & Owner of multiple rentals in ASOA & several surrounding HOA’s with experience in Rules & Regulations of all.

 

§  Experienced in building & Remodeling homes to standard while improving appearance in ASOA in a effort to continue to raise the value of this SHINING community through future projects.

 

Our Ballot is multi-purpose. It can be used to vote Absentee, Proxy,Electronic or bring it to the meeting.  By law, secret ballots are no longer allowed,you must sign your ballot. Ballots sent by-e-mail (electronic) must have your printed name, E-mail address and a contact phone number. E-mail your ballot to www.asoatx.org Mail your absentee ballot to ASOA, 5707 Parkside Ct., Granbury, TX 76048 by meeting time for your vote to be counted.

 

The general rule for voting is, you are allowed 1 vote for each lot you own. You do not have to be current with your dues to be allowed to vote.

Any owner wishing to have their vote (s) cast by a proxy must provide a proxy statement properly notarized to the person being granted proxy authority.
